Founded in 1980, Essen seeks to recover the culture of healthy home cooking by selling high-ticket steel kitchenware.
The great particularity of the company is its direct sales system, which promotes gatherings between the saleswomen and their clients, generating a community throughout the country.
Our job consisted of redesigning their website, with the main objective of improving the user experience and making the purchase process more user-friendly. The biggest challenge was to integrate the direct sales system with the online sales system, resulting in the company adapting to today’s sales methods without losing its long tradition and community.
